About the role
We are seeking an experienced Copy Editor to join our AI training team. In this remote contractor position, you will work with AI chatbots, assigning writing and editing tasks, and measuring their performance to enhance model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
- Evaluate the outputs for accuracy, style, and brand consistency.
- Measure model progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Report findings and suggest refinements to boost AI performance.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is preferred.
- A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
