Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and refine operational systems that support stronger, smarter growth.
- Develop and embed leadership routines that drive consistent performance.
- Identify improvement opportunities across manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with teams to build capability and sustain continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
