Consultant – Talent Pooling

About the role

Atturra is seeking a Consultant – Talent Pooling to join its Business Applications team. You will work closely with clients across New Zealand, analysing requirements, designing solutions and delivering TechnologyOne implementations that simplify, optimise and modernise business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in defining business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis between client needs and TechnologyOne capabilities.
• Design, implement and deliver solutions using TechnologyOne Core Enterprise Suite (CES) and related modules.
• Create change requests and enhancements to maximise system value.
• Support deployments, provide training and ensure successful adoption of the TechnologyOne platform.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of TechnologyOne consulting experience or equivalent user experience.
• Experience designing and implementing business systems, particularly TechnologyOne CES, CI and CIA.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Tertiary qualification in a related field.
