About the role
We are looking for a motivated Construction Manager to become the first person in this role for our Manawatu operations. You will join Classic Group, one of New Zealand’s largest residential builders, and help turn customers’ dream homes into reality.
Key responsibilities
- Drive construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Lead on‑site builds, coordinating trades and supervising daily activities.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety throughout each home build.
- Collaborate with the broader team to deliver homes that reflect the company’s style and quality.
Required profile
- Willingness to be the inaugural Construction Manager for the Manawatu region.
- Full‑time, on‑site availability.
- Commitment to uphold the company’s reputation for quality residential construction.
