About the role

Pullman Auckland is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge Team Leader to supervise the concierge desk and deliver memorable experiences for guests in a luxury hotel environment. You will lead a passionate team, ensure smooth guest interactions, and act as a bridge between guests and hotel services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily shifts at the concierge desk, ensuring high standards of service.
• Assist guests with arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay, providing local knowledge and recommendations.
• Drive loyalty and upsell hotel facilities, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the concierge team to achieve service excellence.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to guarantee timely follow‑up on guest requests.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights on a 7‑day roster.
• Strong focus on quality, presentation, and a desire to progress in the hospitality field.
• Approachable team player who can think creatively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Full NZ driver’s licence and a professional appearance.
