Concierge Team Leader

About the role

Pullman Auckland is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge Team Leader to join its luxury hospitality team. You will supervise the concierge desk, ensure seamless guest experiences, and inspire a passionate team to deliver memorable service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the concierge desk, managing shift schedules and performance.
• Assist guests with arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay, providing personalized recommendations.
• Share local knowledge, promote hotel facilities, and drive loyalty and upselling opportunities.
• Lead and motivate the concierge team to continuously improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to guarantee timely follow‑up on guest requests and issues.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Flexible availability to work a 7‑day roster, including weekends, early mornings and late nights.
• Strong attention to quality, presentation and a desire to progress within the industry.
• Approachable team player who can think creatively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Full NZ driver’s licence and immaculate personal presentation.
