About the role
This is a permanent, part‑time community support position based on‑site in Te Atatu South, Auckland. The role focuses on providing mentorship, coaching and encouragement to the wonderful people we support.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor individuals receiving support.
- Coach participants to help them achieve personal goals.
- Cheerlead and motivate the people we support.
Required profile
- Passion for community services and aged/disability support.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to mentor and coach.
- Commitment to a permanent, part‑time on‑site schedule.

- Hourly rate between $26.15 and $31.19.
