About the role
Key Assets New Zealand is seeking a Communications and Engagement Manager to lead its communications, digital engagement and brand presence. The role will support campaigns, recruitment and internal communications while building strong relationships with stakeholders and communities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute communications strategies that reflect the organisation’s values and mission.
- Manage content creation and distribution across digital platforms.
- Support external campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners and community groups.
- Oversee brand consistency and visual identity across all channels.
Required profile
- Organised and creative communicator.
- Strong digital skills and experience with online engagement.
- Passion for making a difference for children, families and communities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
