About the role

The Commercial Relationship Manager will develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of business customers for ANZ. Working within a defined portfolio, you will simplify banking for clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored financial solutions that drive deposit growth and strengthen relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand profitable relationships with business customers.
• Identify customers' business needs and provide proactive, tailored financial solutions.
• Promote value‑added materials, workshops, and specialist support to clients.
• Drive portfolio growth while maintaining strong ties with long‑standing customers.
• Enhance ANZ Business’ market presence through networking and clear value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the bank to support client growth and success.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build lasting professional networks.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify and win new‑to‑bank deposit opportunities.
• Strong networking, lead generation, and referral‑building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building trust.
• Demonstrated experience in building trusted relationships with key decision‑makers.
