About the role
Join a leading national law firm in Australia as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer. You will work closely with senior partners on high‑profile real estate transactions across a range of asset classes, while gaining exposure to complex corporate and financing matters.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and mixed‑use developments.
- Support major corporate transactions, joint ventures, sale‑and‑leaseback arrangements and financing matters.
- Draft and review commercial real estate agreements, including renewable energy projects and urban renewal schemes.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- 2–5 years post‑qualification experience in commercial real estate law.
- Experience in a reputable private practice handling acquisitions, disposals and leasing.
- Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting of property contracts.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate transaction structures.
