Commercial Manager – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to drive adoption of our AI‑enabled expansion products across the APAC region. You will work closely with the VP of Expansion to design and execute targeted selling campaigns that increase product attachment among existing Re‑Leased customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with APAC customers, presenting the value proposition of our expansion suite.
• Conduct needs‑assessment conversations to uncover unmet requirements and demonstrate how our products solve hidden problems.
• Use technology to communicate product value and illustrate ROI.
• Escalate customer issues promptly to the appropriate internal teams.
• Act as an internal product evangelist, training and supporting frontline teams in the region.
• Provide feedback to the product team on enhancements for expansion offerings.
• Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships across the business.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the Re‑Leased platform.
• Proven track record of closing new business or renewing contracts while exceeding quota.
• Experience with consultative, solution‑based sales methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real‑estate (CRE) or B2B software sales.
• Strong capability to communicate technical content and influence decisions.
• Passion for learning and upskilling in emerging technologies.
