Commercial Executive - Beauty

About the role

The Commercial Executive will champion ZURU’s beauty brands, driving profitable growth by expanding into new markets and supporting existing market teams. This role bridges front‑end sales with ZURU’s supply, design and factory functions to ensure seamless execution of the global go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage ZURU’s Business Development principles to drive global distribution for the beauty vertical.
• Partner with Supply, Merchandising, Design and Factory teams in China, acting as a conduit for sales teams.
• Execute the global go‑to‑market plan and ongoing business management strategy, establishing strong retailer partnerships.
• Manage beauty launches into new customers and markets, identifying expansion opportunities beyond the launch phase.
• Support commercial negotiations, develop volume forecasts and profitability analyses.
• Prepare global brand content for sales decks and present brand strategy to customers.
• Collaborate with account teams to develop comprehensive commercial plans and optimise local performance.
• Assist with annual planning and forecast processes, building the global P&L from territory‑specific plans.
• Coordinate with Supply & Demand teams to ensure consistent inventory supply and achieve high OTIF scores.
• Serve as a liaison between central and global teams for product information and development timelines.
