Commercial Enablement Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Commercial Enablement Coordinator to join our Direct Sales team in Auckland. In this behind‑the‑scenes role you will support Account Directors by preparing proposals, presentations and sales resources, helping the team deliver outstanding client experiences and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Direct Sales team with proposals, presentations, media plans and client responses.
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of sales collateral, case studies and product information.
• Assist with client meeting preparation, follow‑up actions and sales administration.
• Prepare post‑campaign reports, sales reporting, pipeline updates and commercial insights.
• Maintain sales resources, templates, playbooks and best‑practice documentation.
• Coordinate sales communications, product updates and commercial initiatives across the team.
• Support rollout of new products, sponsorships and sales enablement programmes.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination, commercial operations, media sales support or account support.
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistently delivers high‑quality work.
• Confident preparing reports, analysing sales data and working with CRM systems.
• Clear communicator who builds strong relationships across teams.
• Enjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways of working.
• Proactive, collaborative and passionate about supporting commercial success.
