Join Kiwibank’s Commercial Banking team in Queenstown and help local businesses thrive. As a Commercial Associate you will manage a portfolio of commercial customers, assess loan applications and deliver tailored banking solutions that support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day running of a commercial customer portfolio.
• Assess and process credit applications for business loans.
• Provide customised banking solutions that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with Commercial Growth Managers to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing, new‑to‑business and prospective customers.

Required profile

• Confidence in assessing complex financial risk and structuring lending solutions.
• Experience in business or commercial banking with solid financial analysis knowledge.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong relationship‑management skills focused on building trust and adding value.
