About the role
ZeroJet is seeking a collaborative Procurement Specialist to support its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on managing the supply chain, engineering, and production needs to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure quality goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to align procurement activities with project schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage purchase orders to prevent shortages.
- Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Required profile
- Experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and production requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering and production teams.
