Coaching and Behavioural Design Specialist

About the role

Aera is seeking a Coaching and Behavioural Design Specialist to shape how customers and internal teams learn, grow, and achieve peak performance. You will work at the intersection of learning science, behavioural psychology, and AI‑driven coaching to create transformative experiences for first‑home buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Design a structured curriculum and adaptive learning paths that guide users through the home‑buying journey, similar to a personalised ‘Duolingo’ experience.
• Define and own the coaching intelligence for Senna, the AI coach, including its voice, knowledge base, nudges, challenges and adaptive behaviours.
• Embed behavioural change interventions into every product touchpoint – messages, screens, notifications – ensuring each interaction drives habit formation.
• Build an internal performance operating system for Aera’s team, covering onboarding, brand training, simulation‑based practice and scenario assessments.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for behaviour change, habit formation and motivational psychology.
• Experience applying high‑performance frameworks and persuasive design in real‑world contexts.
• Ability to translate learning science into practical, scalable product features.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with product, design and engineering teams.
