About the role
We are looking for a CNC Machining Lead to head our machining operations in Avondale, Auckland. This full‑time, on‑site role combines hands‑on CNC expertise with team leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead CNC machining activities, ensuring high‑quality output and adherence to specifications.
- Apply hands‑on CNC expertise to troubleshoot and optimise machine performance.
- Supervise and mentor a team of machinists, fostering a collaborative and safety‑focused environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the machining process.
- Coordinate with other departments to align machining schedules with production demands.
