The Club Manager leads the daily operations of Snap Fitness Wellington Central, ensuring members receive exceptional service and achieve their health goals. This role combines performance‑driven management with a passion for wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue and member retention by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a high‑energy environment.
- Engage with members to support their fitness journeys and promote a positive club culture.
- Maintain facility standards, equipment safety, and cleanliness.
