Clinical Support Representative – Upper Extremities

About the role

We are seeking a clinically‑driven Upper Extremities Clinical Support Representative to partner with surgeons, theatre teams and healthcare professionals across Wellington and the lower North Island. The role blends hands‑on operating‑theatre support with technical product expertise to ensure optimal patient outcomes and drive utilisation of Zimmer Biomet solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality clinical service, advice and case support to surgeons, registrars, nurse unit managers and theatre staff.
• Ensure the right Zimmer Biomet product is available for the right patient and manage instrument set return and tracking post‑procedure.
• Develop and maintain surgeon‑specific surgical technique and workflow documentation.
• Identify leads, manage cases and deliver structured product in‑service training to clinical stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in achieving annual targets and executing the sales plan.
• Offer case support outside the defined territory when required.

Required profile

• Degree qualification in Health, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence clinical stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, positive and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Clinical credibility and attention to detail in high‑pressure environments.
