About the role

Are you an experienced Clinical Educator who is passionate about developing others and helping teams deliver exceptional care? In this role you will join a team providing education and professional growth across the hospital with a specific focus on ward and surgical nursing staff.

Key responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging learning programmes for ward and surgical nursing staff.
Collaborate with Team Leaders and the Quality team to strengthen the workforce and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

Minimum five years of surgical nursing experience in New Zealand.
Relevant postgraduate qualification in nursing, education or a related field.
