Client Services Team Leader

About the role

Findex is seeking a Client Services Team Leader to act as the central link between clients, partners, and internal service teams. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, consistent service across our client portfolio while fostering strong relationships and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a Client Services team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Serve as the first point of contact for a defined portfolio of clients, strengthening relationships and responsiveness.
• Liaise between partners and client teams to coordinate service delivery.
• Champion client onboarding, workflow management and accurate, timely billing.
• Ensure compliance and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
• Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the client experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Experience in a client‑facing role, ideally within professional services.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a client‑first mindset.
• Organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities.
• Problem‑solver who thrives in a collaborative, team‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
