Class 2-4 Hiab Truck Driver

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Class 2‑4 driver to operate Hiab‑equipped trucks for Mitre 10 MEGA in Masterton. You will deliver building supplies across the region, ensuring safe and timely service while working both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
- Operate Class 2‑4 commercial vehicles fitted with Hiab loading cranes.
- Load, transport and unload a variety of goods and equipment to customer sites.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, complete logbooks and maintain equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure on‑time deliveries.
- Assist with manual loading and unloading when required.
Required profile
- Valid Class 2‑4 driver’s licence with Hiab endorsement.
- At least 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles equipped with Hiab cranes.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and customer‑focused attitude.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Required skills
- Hiab crane operation.
- Class 2‑4 commercial vehicle handling.
