Claims Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Claims Administrator to join our busy and friendly Claims team. You will support the end‑to‑end administration of Medical and Risk insurance claims, ensuring accurate processing, clear record‑keeping, and compliance with our claims philosophy, service level agreements and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Medical and Risk claims, including invoice loading, benefit entitlement calculations and payment processing.
• Maintain complete and accurate claim records across systems.
• Manage follow‑up activities to obtain required information and keep claims progressing.
• Respond to client and adviser queries promptly, professionally and empathetically.
• Ensure claims processes, turnaround times and quality standards meet SLAs.
• Support internal and external audit requirements through strong record keeping and compliance.

• Strong administration capability with a customer‑focused mindset.
• High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence engaging with clients, advisers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience in administration and/or insurance‑related roles.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
