Civil Machine Operator – Immediate Start, Weekly Pay

About the role

ALH Tauranga is seeking experienced Civil Machine Operators to join a range of projects across the Bay of Plenty. The role offers a variety of tasks, immediate start, and weekly paid rates based on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate civil machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Follow site plans and instructions to complete earth‑moving and grading tasks.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Report progress and any issues to site supervisors.
• Collaborate with the on‑site team to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating civil machines (excavators, bulldozers, graders, etc.).
• Ability to start immediately and work on a contract/temporary basis.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Tauranga and surrounding Bay of Plenty locations.
• Commitment to safety standards and site regulations.
