Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Executive Finance Leader

About the role

An established global product and distribution business is seeking a commercially‑minded Chief Financial Officer to drive the finance function into its next growth phase. Reporting directly to the CEO and board, the CFO will sit on the Executive team and own Finance, Commercial and IT functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full oversight of Finance, Commercial and IT across three regions.
• Manage multi‑market P&L responsibilities and capital allocation decisions.
• Lead and execute the company’s growth agenda, including ongoing M&A activity.
• Implement and optimise ERP systems or other major technology changes.
• Represent the finance function at board level and influence strategic direction.

Required profile

• Senior financial leadership experience in a multi‑market, product‑based organisation.
• Demonstrated buy‑side M&A experience from sourcing through integration.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business performance.
• Board‑level presence and influencing skills.
