We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive to lead a deeply human, whānau‑centred disability and supported living provider through its next chapter. This senior leader will honour the organisation’s legacy while building a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the organisation’s growth and renewal.
• Strengthen organisational culture, systems, and confidence across all teams.
• Preserve and celebrate the CRC legacy while establishing foundations for long‑term sustainability.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring high‑quality, whānau‑centred support for clients.
• Drive financial performance and secure resources to support future expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, people‑focused organisations, preferably in disability or supported living sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to nurture a whānau‑centred culture and drive organisational change.
• Strong strategic vision with a track record of building sustainable futures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
