Chargé d'affaires Génie Civil (F/H)

About the role

Sixense Engineering, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, is looking for a Civil Engineering Business Manager to join its Building and Infrastructure pole in the South‑West region of France. The role is based in either Labège (31) or Pessac (33) and combines commercial development with on‑site project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regional client relationships, including engineering offices and partners.
• Provide regular reporting on potential offers and create internal and external synergies.
• Participate in on‑site missions, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and environmental compliance.
• Process data, perform analyses, and produce technical and commercial reports.
• Monitor market opportunities, study tender dossiers, and prepare strategic, technical, and administrative responses.
• Coordinate subcontractors, draft technical memoranda, compile financial offers, negotiate contracts and hand over awarded projects to project managers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering or Building.
• 3‑5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure inspection or rehabilitation.
• Willingness to work from the Pessac or Labège office and travel to field sites.
