Change Manager / Senior Change Manager (multiple engagements)

About the role

Fonterra is seeking experienced Change Managers and Senior Change Managers for short‑ and long‑term engagements supporting critical priorities across the business. You will design and deliver change activities that help people understand, adopt, and work effectively through transformation, particularly in manufacturing and operations environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management frameworks tailored to asset management, licence‑to‑operate regulations and digital decision‑support solutions.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams, sponsors and senior leaders to ensure change initiatives are practical, well‑considered and aligned with intended outcomes.
• Guide multiple concurrent change initiatives, balancing speed and ambiguity while maintaining focus on value creation.
• Build trust with stakeholders, influence behavioural shifts and embed common ways of working across the organisation.
• Monitor adoption, capture feedback and continuously improve change practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering successful change in frontline manufacturing or operations settings.
• Strong ability to structure change activities, influence leaders and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent organisational skills with experience handling several change streams simultaneously.
• Clear, thoughtful communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Commitment to learning, seeking feedback and supporting others in their development.

Required skills

• Experience applying change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Understanding of asset management principles and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with digital solutions that provide operational insights.
