Cellar Door & Pizzeria Sales Assistant

About the role

Bimbadgen is looking for an enthusiastic Cellar Door & Pizzeria Sales Assistant to join its hospitality team in the Hunter Valley. Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, you will help deliver a memorable experience for guests across the winery tasting room and the wood‑fired pizzeria.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors.
• Conduct wine tastings, promote club memberships and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting tasting room environment.
• Assist in the pizzeria by serving food, clearing tables and supporting kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a cellar door, winery, restaurant or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Friendly, upbeat personality with a passion for wine and food.
• Availability to work weekends and some evenings.
• RSA certification and own transport are essential.

Required skills

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
