Casual Service Consultant – Personal Banking

About the role

As a Casual Service Consultant in ANZ's Personal Banking portfolio, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality interactions and supporting their financial transaction needs. The role focuses on providing a seamless branch experience while identifying additional customer requirements for referral to specialised sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital solution education.
• Process cash management tasks accurately and efficiently in line with bank policies.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ and branch procedures, including cash holdings and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Identify further customer needs and refer them to the appropriate sales channel.

Required profile

• Strong focus on delivering high‑quality customer interactions.
• Attention to detail and adherence to compliance and cash handling standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a close‑knit team.
• Proficiency in using banking tools such as NBC to conduct quality conversations.
