Casual Sales Assistant – Converse Outlet (Wellington)

About the role

We are looking for a casual Sales Assistant to join the Converse outlet in City Tawa, Wellington. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, promoting the Converse product range.
• Maintain store presentation, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash.
• Provide product knowledge and advise customers on footwear and accessories.
• Support team initiatives, contribute to a positive store environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Converse brand and streetwear culture.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible, casual hours.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or appropriate work visa.

Required skills

• Retail point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
