Casual Registered Nurse – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Ryman is seeking casual Registered Nurses to join its team at the Possum Bourne Retirement Village in Pukekohe. This role offers flexible, shift‑based work in a supportive environment where you can provide high‑quality care to residents across the continuum of aged‑care services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, resident‑focused nursing care in line with Ryman’s standards.
• Assess residents, develop and review individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments, medications and ongoing support.
• Utilise the purpose‑built "myRyman Care" application to document care and communicate with the clinical team.
• Support the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators with day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for New Zealand.
• Reliable, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Commitment to kindness, compassion and high‑quality resident care.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
