About the role

As a Casual Receptionist at Summerset’s Monterey Park Retirement Village, you will be the welcoming face of the community, helping to create a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment for residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely administration, management support, and document control for both the Village and Care Centre.
• Deliver superb customer service at the reception desk for residents, visitors, the village management team, and staff.
• Handle enquiries, direct calls, and manage visitor logs with professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a solid administrative background.
• Proven ability to support a management team with accurate documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time‑management skills.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.
• Effective communicator comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, especially seniors and their families.
