About the role

Join the team at Summerset’s Avonead Village as a Casual Receptionist. You will be the welcoming face of the village, providing essential administrative support and delivering excellent customer service to residents, their families, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely administration, management support, and document control for both the Village and Care Centre.
• Deliver superb customer service at the reception desk for residents, visitors, the village management team, and staff.
• Assist in creating a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all residents.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service and administration.
• Proven ability to support a management team with administrative tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
