Casual Packer – Coffee Roastery

About the role

We are looking for a Casual Packer to join our coffee roastery in East Tamaki. This hands‑on position offers an entry point into the coffee industry, allowing you to work on the steeped coffee production line and see how our products move from roast to pack.

Key responsibilities

• Pack steeped coffee products according to training and daily production targets.
• Ensure all packaging complies with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe production and warehouse environment.
• Provide general line support and assist wherever needed on the floor.
• Help keep the work area organised to support smooth operations.
