About the role

Join the team at Linda Jones Retirement Village in Hamilton as a Casual Caregiver. You will provide compassionate, person‑centred support to our residents, helping them feel safe, valued and at home.

Key responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
• Follow individual care plans and deliver care as you would for your own loved ones.
• Use Ryman’s purpose‑built care application, myRyman, to record and coordinate care activities.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain a positive, supportive team environment.

• Strong communication skills and a reliable, friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible casual shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the myRyman care application.
