About the role
Join the vibrant community hub at Summerset’s Wigram Village as a Café Assistant. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes residents, families, and visitors, delivering great coffee and a warm atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to a high standard.
- Provide barista services, ensuring consistent quality coffee.
- Assist with catering for village events and resident functions.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily takings.
- Collaborate with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and wider village team.
Required profile
- Positive, warm personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Required skills
- Barista expertise.
- Previous café or hospitality experience.
