We are seeking a Business Performance Coach to partner with construction firms and independent builders, helping them increase profitability, reclaim valuable time, and scale their operations. This remote, contract‑based position offers high impact and growth potential within a dynamic consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with builders to assess current business performance and identify profit‑driving opportunities.
• Develop and implement tailored coaching plans that improve operational efficiency and revenue streams.
• Guide clients on time‑management strategies and scalable processes.
• Monitor progress, provide ongoing feedback, and adjust strategies to ensure sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience coaching or consulting for construction or building businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
