Business Performance, Analytics & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Business Performance, Analytics & Reporting Analyst supports the Customer Resolution program by delivering timely data solutions and ensuring accurate payment processing. Working within the Data & Marketing division, the role combines technical SAS expertise with an understanding of banking processes to maintain and improve operational data flows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide documentation to CR squads on data requirements for payment processing.
• Receive, process, and load data files from various business units into relevant databases.
• Develop SAS code to create SDA files and other required data extracts.
• Monitor and recover scheduled exception reports, ensuring data accuracy for customer remediations.
• Participate in Agile project teams, contributing to sprint planning and delivery.
• Analyse low‑level data and business processes to identify and fix failures.

Required profile

• Experience working with SAS coding in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional squads and communicate timelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery.
