About the role
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join a high‑performing New Zealand manufacturer. In this newly created position you will help build capability and drive the next stage of growth for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide broad commercial and operational leadership across the organisation, influencing strategy and performance.
- Partner directly with the General Manager to align operational initiatives with business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Support the development of a clear growth pathway for the company and its teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operations or general management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Hands‑on, down‑to‑earth approach with a focus on results.
