Business Manager – Automotive Finance & Sales

About the role

The Business Manager will lead the upsell of finance, insurance and after‑care products on every vehicle sale while supporting the sales team to achieve branch KPIs. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will deliver a personalised, customer‑focused experience and help drive revenue across the dealership.

Key responsibilities

• Upsell finance, insurance and after‑care products on all vehicle sales.
• Manage individual sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and occasional marketing activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, wholesalers and internal staff.
• Provide regular reports to the Branch Manager and ensure KPI achievement.

Required profile

• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
• Natural leadership ability and motivation to drive results.
• Excellent communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Customer‑centred mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
• Experience in sales or leadership roles, preferably within vehicle finance and insurance.
