Business Leadership Coach & Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Leadership Coach & Advisor to join FocalPoint New Zealand’s network. Based in New Zealand, you will build and run your own independent coaching practice under the global FocalPoint brand, delivering executive and business coaching to senior leaders and organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base of business owners, executives and leadership teams.
• Deliver professional executive coaching, management guidance and business coaching programmes.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and apply proven coaching frameworks.
• Utilise behavioural assessments and growth systems to drive client performance.
• Maintain alignment with FocalPoint’s standards, content and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of senior‑level business experience with clear career progression.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams or organisations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for independence and control over your schedule.
• Based in New Zealand or committed to relocating there.
