Business IT Systems Analyst – Infrastructure

About the role

The Business IT Systems Analyst (Infrastructure) will design, implement, and manage Abbott's network and desktop environments. This role ensures reliable, efficient IT operations that meet corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi systems.
• Manage desktop environments and office applications across office, laboratory, and manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering resources to meet corporate and customer requirements.
• Support major network initiatives and deliver projects that enable new technologies and market opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, divisional standards, and governmental regulations.
• Provide help‑desk support to plant personnel and other end‑users.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team of infrastructure and application specialists.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and work schedules.
• Capability to execute locally‑deployed IT projects or corporate‑initiated initiatives.
