Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will drive growth for Change Your Vibe Ltd by identifying new opportunities, building a qualified pipeline and presenting our personal-development products to prospective clients. This is a full-time, remote position that works closely with marketing and product teams to optimise lead-generation and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and prospect segments to uncover new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct outreach via calls, emails and social channels.
• Present personal-growth programmes and products in a clear, value-driven manner.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and optimise lead-generation strategies.
• Track performance against sales targets and KPIs, reporting results regularly.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Gather client feedback and support continuous improvement of offerings and sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer-service skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify and qualify prospects.
• Solid analytical ability to interpret data and optimise outreach strategies.
• Experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in personal development, coaching or education.
• Comfortable working fully remote with excellent time-management and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales/marketing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Genuine interest in personal growth and alignment with Change Your Vibe’s mission.
