Business Development Representative – MedTech Sales

About the role

Ceribell is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join its fast‑growing sales team. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting to introduce Ceribell’s point‑of‑care EEG platform to physicians, nurses and hospital decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email and social outreach to generate interest.
• Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders and uncover clinical and operational pain points.
• Qualify leads, assess fit and urgency, and clearly articulate Ceribell’s value proposition.
• Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings for field sales partners.
• Build, track and advance opportunities through the early sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate account and activity records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on outbound campaigns.
• Develop product knowledge of Ceribell’s MedTech solutions and handle objections professionally.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a clinical role (e.g., nurse, EEG technologist) with a focus on prospecting.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high‑activity, outbound environment.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) for data management and pipeline tracking.
