Business Development Manager – Microsoft Surface

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of Microsoft’s Surface portfolio across both B2B and B2C channels. You will partner closely with Microsoft, key distributors and retail partners to create and execute strategies that increase market share and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for Microsoft Surface devices across retail, e‑commerce and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Microsoft on product launches, pricing, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline and forecasts to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new channel opportunities and expand customer segments.
• Leverage data and market insights to optimise inventory and customer engagement.
• Support partner enablement through training, tools and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in consumer sales, retail or channel management within the IT/technology sector.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through retail, e‑commerce or distribution partners.
• Experience managing key accounts and creating joint business plans.
• Strong commercial acumen with forecasting, promotions and demand‑planning experience.
• Ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
