Business Development Manager – Lubricants (Central NZ)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the lubricants business across the Central region of New Zealand, covering the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Hawke’s Bay. The role focuses on expanding market share for our premium lubricant brands and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the Fuchs, Castrol and Superiol lubricant ranges.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing oil partners to grow revenue.
• Create and execute sales strategies that align with regional growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and optimal service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution‑based sales, preferably within the lubricants or broader oil sector.
• Strong ability to turn complex challenges into commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to work across the Central North Island region.
