Business Development Manager

About the role

Striding‑Forward is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Cambridge office. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence in the personal development and education sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients and partners.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform go‑to‑market strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing and program teams to refine offerings and ensure client needs are met.
• Track performance metrics and report on business development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and relationship building.
• Strong strategic planning, market research, and opportunity analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Interest in personal growth and empowerment.
