Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in New Zealand. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive growth for our immigration and education consultancy services by identifying new opportunities and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the migration and overseas education sectors.
• Generate leads, develop proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Design and implement strategies that increase client acquisition, retention and overall revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align business development initiatives with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Expertise in strategic planning, market research and analysis.
• Track record of leading projects, managing teams and meeting sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge of immigration consulting or overseas education counseling is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in an international market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of the MS Office Suite.
