Business Development Manager

About the role

Lumin is expanding its SMB market with an AI‑powered document platform used by millions. The Business Development Manager will own the full direct‑sales cycle, from prospect identification to closing, driving growth without relying on inbound leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target SMB companies that fit Lumin’s product offering.
• Initiate first conversations, conduct product demos, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with disciplined CRM management.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain clean data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate across multiple time zones and work independently to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, from prospecting to closing.
• Strong pipeline discipline with honest forecasting.
• Consultative selling style that earns customer trust.
• Comfortable working independently and across different time zones.
• Familiarity with integration‑led tech stacks is a plus; experience in document, productivity, or collaboration software is advantageous.
